On June 5, 2022 the Women Contemporary Artists Annual Exhibition opened for the month in the Lois + David Stulberg Gallery at the Ringling College of Art and Design. Artwork was selected by Amanda Cooper who is the Chief Curator of the Morean Arts Center in St. Petersburg. The center has active exhibition and education programs. Tim Jaeger who is the Director and Chief Curator of Galleries and Exhibitions at the Ringling College of Art and Design hung the exhibition. The artwork included various media and disciplines such as, paintings, watercolors, drawings, mixed media, textiles, ceramics and sculpture. Subject matter and styles covered a broad range as well. The Ringling College of Art and Design has four galleries with a robust exhibition program during the year. When visiting Sarasota, you will find that there is always a great show to see in one of the galleries. Check out the gallery calendar.
