Hello art enthusiasts.
🎉 Exciting news from the studio!
After countless hours of collaging, drawing in Photoshop, and (yes) sipping more tea than I’ll admit, I’m delighted to share new additions to my Freedom Series—now available as fine art giclée prints.
The Freedom Series is a colorful journey through motion, memory, and spirit. Inspired by the emotional resonance of Revealed Faith and the dynamic energy of Bicycle Dynamism, each piece captures the feeling of moving forward—physically, creatively, and personally. Every print tells its own visual story through gesture, line, and layered meaning. One might even call out to you… or quietly say, “Take me home.”
🖼 Fine art giclée prints—archival-quality, rich in detail, on matte fine art paper:
- 11” x 15” (overall 13” x 17”) – $50
- 16.5” x 22.5” (overall 18.5” x 24.5”) – $100
- 22” x 30” (overall 24” x 32”) – $150
(Shipping, handling, and taxes not included)

New Affordable Colorful Fun Prints - FREEDOM
Creating digital images had been a two-year process, with a false start and then a long period until I was forced to dive in head first and overcome my tech fear. On September 26, 2025, Hurricane Helene hit Sarasota, where I have a studio on Siesta Key. We got the news that three inches of water had flooded the studio, which required the removal of the walls. This water incursion meant I wouldn’t have a creative space for the season.
Another Creative Outlet
My serene studio, where I spend months unfettered in creating, would be off-limits. How else would I be able to create and be happy? On the computer, of course. Oh, the learning curve! Since I had several months before returning to Sarasota to oversee the final restoration work in the studio and our home, I began to navigate all the features available in PhotoShop thanks to an e-Collage course created by Jay Zerbe.
The Marriage of Two Artworks
The Digital Result
This new digital artwork series begins with an underlying Revealed Faith image. I then overlay one or two pieces from the Bicycle Dynamism series, manipulating these images to create a composition with interesting color and space but obscuring the initial elements.
Now, you can see the results of my combining two physically created series to make a digital print series. Both Revealed Faith and Bicycle Dynamism have been personal expressions with different messages. Combining them has also been a personal journey, yet a discovery. Even though I have been feeling ill-at-ease since October 7 and wondering how to stay true to myself, as the Revealed Faith artwork voices, I can find complete freedom from my worries by riding my bike, expressed in Bicycle Dynamism.

Save the date: Unveiling a Must-See Art Exhibition Soon
I am beyond excited to announce that my work will be featured in an upcoming exhibition titled “The Children of Ruth: Artists Choosing Judaism” at the Dr. Bernard Heller Museum in the vibrant heart of New York City! If you happen to be in New York at the time, I would love for you to join me for the opening on Thursday, September 18th from 5:30 to 7:30 pm—it would mean the world to me to see you there!
I’ll be showcasing two of my pieces: Tree (EHTS) and Orange (kah-TOHM). These works are part of my Revealed Faith series, which you can explore further on my website.
My work explores the tension between concealing and revealing identity, inspired by the history of Crypto-Jews who secretly practiced their faith to survive. Through partially hidden Hebrew words embedded in abstract drawings, I reflect on how we all mask parts of ourselves—and invite viewers to consider what they choose to reveal.
I would be truly honored to share this special moment with you—let’s celebrate art, identity, and community together! Hope to see you there!

From Kate's Sketchbook
The Hebrew alphabet is fascinating because each letter has meaning and numerical value. When combined into words, the letters take on special significance. The letters are beautifully designed, and, like any typeface, there are variations. Having converted to Judaism, I find that creating compositions using the letter's form is a meaningful way to express my spirituality.
